Until 2007, the building housed the city’s collections of modern and contemporary art and served for years as the Bologna Gallery of Modern Art. An extraordinary space, revitalized by a comprehensive restoration that has revealed new possibilities in terms of layout and design.
Exhibition Hall
A New Concept of Space
The Exhibition Hall is a spacious, multifunctional facility equipped with spaces suitable for any type of event: trade shows, conventions, and performances. Directly connected to the Palazzo dei Congressi and the EX-GAM, its grounds are complemented by two large outdoor gardens.
TEA Teatro EuropAuditorium
With its 1,700 seats arranged in a fan-shaped layout, all offering excellent visibility and comfort, it is the largest theater in Emilia-Romagna and one of the few examples of modern architecture dedicated to high-quality theatrical and musical performances. It is located within the Palazzo della Cultura e dei Congressi in Bologna.
