Our premises are completely customizable and suitable for every need of use. Because of the direct connection between the Palazzo dei Congressi, the EX-GAM and the Exhibition Hall, it is possible to make an event in one or more areas, depending on the needs.
Simultaneous translation
Translating and simultaneous translation services are available for international meetings. We think they are necessary for a complete and immersive accessibility to events.
Mobile walls
Workshop rooms can be customized with mobile walls, to create the best set up, so as to optimise the spaces according to the scope of the events.
Audio-video technology
All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, for a very high quality of image and sound, thanks to the connection in HDBT, ultra-HD 4K systems and latest generation audio systems.
Stay connected
All environments are covered by broadband connection. The rooms are equipped with cable up to 1GB, and WiFi, also customized for all kind of events.
Access
The higher floors are easily reached by suppliers and exhibitors thanks to dedicated treight elevators. All facilities are equipped with lifts for people with disabilities.
Digital Signage
The maim areas of the congress center are equipped with a digital signage system, so as to immediately capture the attention of guests, guiding them through the spaces. You can characterize the signage with logo and corporate identity of the applicable event.
Private parking
Outside the the Bologna Congress Center you can park in large areas, available for both exhibitors and public. There are also bus parking areas, with specific signs.
Sustainability
All the rooms are equipped for the separate collection, so as to facilitate the disposal of the same in vieuw of a necessary eco-sustainability. In case of events with catering, we involve external partners who only use compostable and disposable tableware.
Food for Good
Food surpluses are not thrown away but used, thanks to the partnership with the Food for Good project. In cooperation with Banco Alimentare and Equo Evento, the recovered food is delivered to charities (family homes, soup kitchens and refugee centres).
EuropAuditorium Theatre
The Bologna Congress Center is home of one of the city’s largest and most modern auditoriums. Our Sala Europa is provided with perfect acoustics, and can be transformed into a theatre, since it is equipped with all the necessary tools to set up a stage space.

Behind the Congress Center activities a team of professionals is available for customers, to support them in the management of their event, and can take care of every detail.
